It was okay for the value, but not the best. I was already feeling mentally drained when I tried it, so I didn’t have a ton of patience, but even then it just felt average overall.

The mac was actually good and worth getting again, but the slaw was just meh. Nothing terrible, just didn’t have much flavor. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because i never really trust that they’ll do anything helpful anyway.

I had a little issue with my online order from Old Carolina where the pickup time showed up wrong, and I was weirdly focused on it because I kept picturing the food sitting there getting cold. Customer service got back to me quickly and fixed the time without making the whole thing feel like a hassle. The person I talked to was friendly, calm, and easy to chat with, which I appreciated. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that I was on hold a bit longer than I expected, and I kept checking the clock every minute or two.

Everything came exactly as ordered, and none of the sides were missing this time, which was a nice little relief. It’s always a bummer when you’re all set to eat and realize something didn’t make it into the bag, so I was happy this order was complete

The staff was nice and greeted me when I came in, which I always notice because it kind of sets the pattern for the whole visit. They answered my question without making it awkward or anything, so that was a plus. But overall, nothing really stood out to me. It wasn’t bad, just felt like a standard experience and not somewhere I’d be in a hurry to go back to. Three stars feels about right.

I really liked how much they had on the menu. There’s ribs, pulled pork, chicken, a bunch of sides, and even stuff for kids. It just kind of makes it easy when everyone in the family wants something different, which is basically always the case for us

We got Old Carolina for a work lunch it was dang good. The pulled pork was fresh, the sides hit the spot, and everyone definitely got their fill. Delivery showed up a little later than expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal at all. I’d totally order from them again.

We ordered takeout from Old Carolina because we were trying to have an easy dinner night and not deal with cooking, but it ended up being disappointing. The food was ready close to when they said it would be, so that part was fine, but by the time I got home the fries were already kind of cold. The pulled pork tasted good and the sauce was decent, and the portion size wasn’t bad either. It just didn’t really feel worth the price, especially when we were hoping for a solid meal and it kind of threw off the whole relaxed dinner plan. Nothing was awful, just not as good as I expected.

It tasted fine overall, no complaints there. I had it as a quick snack while I was doing stuff around the house, so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but it was definitely on the smaller side. Still good, just wish there had been a bit more of it.

I ordered from oldcarolina.com and the wait time was better than I expected. The food was ready quickly, and pickup was easy once I figured out where to go. I did wish the instructions were a little clearer, but overall I appreciated not having to stand around forever

I really liked how many sauces they had to choose from. I tried a few with my order, they were all good. It’s always nice having options, especially when the sauces actually taste good.

The brisket was so tender and packed with flavor, I loved every bite. It was one of those dishes that just makes you happy while you’re eating it.

I keep expecting them to mess it up at some point, but the food has been good every single time. Never had any issues, which is kind of rare these days.

I went here with my kids and overall it was a smooth experience. The staff were friendly, the tables had plenty of space, and our food came out quickly, which is always a win when you’re dining with children. My only small complaint is that I wish the kids’ menu had a few more options, but otherwise we had a nice, easy meal

I mean, the place was okay overall, but the tables were kind of sticky, and the floor looked dirty too. Like, I get that places get busy and all, but it just didn’t feel very clean while I was there.
